Breeze is an international CRM system that provides a solution in the field of sales and customer service.
Breeze is a platform that contains sub-products: marketing, sales and analytics.

The Challenge

At first, initial sub-products, sales CRM and marketing were developed.
Over time, problems with visual characterization and design were identified and there was a need to refresh the existing ones and to continue to develop additional features for the sub-products, with the emphasis being on developing the marketing product.
Another challenge was to provide a design solution for different users – user with access to all products, some products or a specific product.

The Solution

Providing product branding. The main goal was to create a unique design for each product, while maintaining a uniform design language for all. The products’ created characters are meant to accompany the user throughout the entire use of a specific product.

while focusing on marketing.

Marketing Concept

The goal was to create a simple-to-use, convenient product that would ultimately turn campaign creation into an easy and fun experience.

We chose a “space” concept that reflects the purpose of the marketing product – sending successful campaigns, as a strategic marketing goal. As part of the concept, sending a successful campaign, in our vision, is like as launching a spaceship. The accompanying presenter is an astronaut named Sendy, from the word “send.” 
This character accompanies the user throughout his use of the product, helps, directs and hosts a company to the user. 

The leading color is purple and it’s unique to the marketing product. As part of the branding, each product receives a unique logo. The marketing logo is a form of a spaceship, which emphasizes the “space” concept of the product.
